We need a telephone in the bus station!

We need a public telephone in the new bus station. Bath, in case you planners haven't noticed, is a tourist destination, and many of them arrive via coach. And many of them are from other countries and do not have mobile phones or have difficulty getting them to work.
And what is their greatest need, after perhaps the loo, upon arrival? To make a telephone call to their lodgings or to the people they may be meeting. At present, they have to trudge, with all their luggage, up to the train station to make their phone call. Such a simple and logical thing; why hasn't been done already...
